By purchasing from posterboy.jm, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Final

No refunds, returns, or exchanges — unless the item arrives damaged or wrong.
If that happens, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof.
After 48 hours, all issues are considered closed.

2. Custom Orders & Approvals

• If you order a custom poster, you are required to approve the mockup or design before it goes to print.

• If you fail to respond, your silence = approval. Once approved (explicitly or by delay), the order is final.

• We are not reprinting or refunding because you changed your mind after approval.

3. Size Expectations

All product sizes are clearly stated.
If you order a 12x18" print, do not expect a 20x28".
We are not responsible for assumptions — double-check your measurements before purchasing.

4. Color & Appearance

Slight color or crop variations may occur depending on your screen and the print process. These are not defects. You are accepting a handmade, curated product — not a factory-perfect replica.

5. Order Accuracy Is Your Responsibility

Ensure your shipping address, product selection, and details are correct at checkout.
We are not liable for:

• Wrong items ordered by mistake

• Wrong address input

• Delays caused by courier services or customs

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork and designs remain the property of Poster Boy  or the respective creators.
No reproduction, resale, or commercial use allowed.

7. Privacy & Communication

We use your info solely to process your order and communicate updates.
We do not share or sell your information.

8. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, dishonest, or consistently difficult to deal with.

9.Right to Update Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, without notice.
It’s your responsibility to review them before ordering.
