Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

If either applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (damage or incorrect item)

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Note: We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
